John,
I wanted to bring to your attention the outstanding performance and customer service that your Laguna Hills store was this afternoon.
CVC and 2 other firms have been working together to prepare a 40-page proposal for the City of Irvine We were in a time deadline crunch and CR came through with fiying colors Not only once, but twice.
First, I called and spoke to Jeff to give him a heads up I needed to swing by and have something printed from multiple CD's and bound He completed my order within 10 minutes I was grateful and really appreciative that he took care of me so quickly and professionally.
Then when I returned to the office, I realized that I needed 5 copies total I only had Jeff make mel So, my colleague and I drove back and had Jeff make the additional copies I think we were there less than 5 minutes Once again, he made the copies, which were excellent in a record breaking time .
Without the quick, courteous and professional manner that CR provided, we probably would not have submitted our proposal in time.
I just wanted to make sure you knew that CR had stepped up and gave first-rate customer service.
